I have a customer who has scheduled a calendar event that he cannot open ,
however others can. Customer recieves error message cannot open this item.
Customer has used detect and repair as well as he has had his Outlook profile
rebuilt. He can also recieve reminders on this event but he recieves a second
error message when trying to dismiss. Customer cannot right click and get
options either he just recieves an error message again.

Deadline for resolving this issue please respond as soon as possible. Thanks.

Check the Outlook switches since /cleanreminders or /cleanfreebusy may be of
