I downloaded and installed "pfbackup", backed up my
personal folders, then transferred them to another
computer on network in order reformat, reload my laptop.
After reformat, reloading Office 2000 premium, I
transferred backup back to my computer, but cannot open
it. Yes, I downloaded and installed pfbackup again. When
I try to open my backup, it wants to know what program to
use. I tell it to use Outlook Personal Folders BAckup.
THen i get the message "cannot copy file. program name
too long. choose another program". I have uninstalled
and reinstalled pfbackup. still no good. Can anyone help?
