I have facing the problem whereby I can't open the attachement file from
outlook, and all file have been change to zip file, and a msg will usually
show that "You should only open attachments from a trustworthy source" when
I try to open the file but the pdf file or bmp file I can open it!

More information please, such as version of Outlook and type of mail
account.
Outlook does not change file attachments to .zip or anything else, so is
there a file compression software installed?

Does Outlook behaviour change if you open it in safe mode? Start > Run >
outlook.exe /safe
