Cannot open any messages from one address

For about a week (it was fine before), I have not been able to open or look
at any messages from one sender, eFax. I have to go to my laptop to look at
messages.

The error message is "Unable to display all the cells due to low memory." I
know that is not the case as the Outlook (XP) works fine on all other
messages.

I went to the email server and there was one message there that seemed to be
a problem. I was able to remove the message on the server, with the
explanation from the ISP that "the header was corrupt." I think that if I
just am able to remove the messages from my computer (I've read them all),
the problem will disappear.

I've tried the "detect and repair" tool and that did not help. Any
thoughts?
