HELP! When I click on a URL or picture in the email msg on Microsoft Outlook,
the "Locate Link Browser" box pops up asking for Executable Files . I don't
know what happened, but this started yesterday and I don't remember changing
anything. How do I chg it to normal.
Thanks! :-)

Point it to IEXPLORE.EXE or reset your web browser as the default again in
Windows.

Thank You! That did the trick. Since you are an expert: How can I get clean

Which kind of links do you mean?
How do messages display for you now and how do you want them to look
instead?
