I cannot open and save any attachment(excel, jpg, word, etc) in Microsoft
Outlook. Before this, I can open and save the attachment but now cannot. I
try to uninstall and reinstall back this program but still facing the same
problem. How can I solve this problem? Thank you.

Diane Poremsky, thank you for your reply.

When I double-click the attachment, promt up a dialog box that show want to
open or save. If I click save, show an error "Outlook could not save the
file". If I click open, Microsoft Outlook cannot open the attachment. So, I
dont know actually what happen to this program.

Thank you.
