Cannot open accounts in Busi Cont Manager 2007-Malicious code runn

Have BCM setup via network. One workstation keeps getting the following
method when attempting to open an account " To help prevent malicious code
from running, one or more objects in this form were not loaded" I cleared
the forms cache via the Tools->Options and even reinstalled BCM. This seems
to be a common error when searched via Google but no satisfactory solution.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
