cannot open/access a folder

's Computer Specifications

Hello. Pinnacle Studio 11 has maked a backupfolder wich I cannot open/access
via explorer. When I try in the right side of explorer af house is shown with
a black circle around it and inside the circle the is af black stroke across
it.

I cannot access this folder - how to solve this problem?

What does the mentioned "house" mean?

That folde can only use used by your application
which has otherwise locked the folder to Windows

Ok.

Why is it so....why is a program going to lock a folder - what is the
meaning for this. Is it to exctra secure a backup?

Is it possible to do this action in other programes ?

Did you tried to take the ownership of that folder?.
Also make sure you logged as Administrator to accomplish this task.
