I cannot not send or recieve e-mails through outlook ? HELP!

's Computer Specifications

Whenever I try to send or recieve e-mails through 2007 outlook it says "no
object found" also there is no send recieve tab on my toolbar. I have tried
to uninstall and reinstall has not fixed the problem. ? Any suggestions?

Do you have an e-mail account defined in Outlook?

Have you tried deleting the <profilename>.SRS file found at:

C:\Users\<USERID>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

While Outlook is closed?
