I cannot move folders or items from my personal file folder.I am using
Outlook 2007and my e-mail is a POP3. When I try to move a folder I get the
following message: Cannot move the items. Folder is full.
I have purged my deleted items folder and performed an archive.

How big is the PST and are you using an old ANSI pst or a new Unicode pst?

How big is your .pst file? Is it the older Ansi format (2 gig limit) or the
new Personal Folders file (unicode - 32 terabyte limit)?

Have you run scanpst.exe against your .pst file yet? What are the results
after you run it and try to move items again? Also, how big is your .pst
file?
