cannot move icons on the desktop ...

Hi,

since yesterday I have strangely behaviour on my pc (XP Prof. SP2).

A few examples:



1.) I can't move any icons on the desktop. The option automatically reorder
is OFF.



2.) I can't copy files with the explorer. No problem with dos-copy.



3.) I can't open any properties-window in the: "Computer Management" ->
"Event Viewer" or "Device Manager".



Virus- and Spyware-Scan with more than one tool done, no infects found.



Any ideas?
