Cannot minimize file/save window in MS Word 2003

's Computer Specifications

I've lost my min/max button in the file/save dialog window.

Ran the Detect/Repair utility to no avail.

Am running Office 2003/Win XP Pro.

Any suggestions to get my buttons back?

Don't see how you can lose something that never existed.
Just double-click the title bar of the dialog window.
