I had a proble with win xp pro while logon to the win
2003srv domain I can add network printers with no
problems and work fine , but when i try to add a local
printer hp lazerjet 2100 to the pc while logon to the
domain the printer would get detected installed would
say its ready ok , but when i try to send print jobs to
that local printer it would try to send jobs but would
not print

, and there was no stuck jobs , all permissions were
added and also tested when the pc user or admin logs in
on to the local account the local printer would work
fine , as sson as I the user or admin would login to the
domain the local attached printer by parrallel port would
appear to be ok on the printer and faxes window , but
will not print , I try uninstalling the printer and
still the same ,I try updating the drivers still the
same ,

the only time I had some success was when uninstall the
LPT1 port from the device manager and reinstalled and
the printer too at the same time it would get detected
and then the printer would work while still the domain
but as soon as I log off and log back on the printer
would still have the same problem?

any suggestions

thanks
peter.
