you can try two things:
Go to Tools | Email Accounts, choose View or change existing directories or
address book. Remove the address book service and close then restart Outlook
and repeat the steps to add it back.
or
Repair your office install. Go to the control panel, add/remove programs.
Find Office and click Change. Choose repair.
