Greetings --
Correct. Since you've removed the machine from the domain, which
had been authenticating any and all logins, you must now use a local
account to log in to the workstation. If you failed to create such a
local account before removing the computer from the domain, you'll
need to log in using the built-in Administrator account and create a
local account for your routine uses.
