Cannot log on to start Windows

's Computer Specifications

I click on the Administrator to go to Windows Xp but nothing happens. I hit
Control, Alt. and Delete that allows me to enter my password to log onto
Windows. What can correct this?

Tweakui--download the version for XP--find the sectin that allows
auto-logon..
