Cannot log into MSN

When I try to sign in to MSN, I get the following error message:

The e-mail address you were using for Microsoft® .NET Passport sign-in
has been reserved by someone else.
To change your e-mail address and continue using your .NET Passport,
type your new address and your current password, and then click Change.
This changes your e-mail address only. Your password and the rest of
your .NET Passport profile will not change.


I did verify my Sympatico email address more than a month ago and I was
using MSN successfully up until a few days ago. How do I remedy this?

Sympatico has recently agreed to some sort of deal with Passport, but this is odd that you're
seeing this. You may want to contact Passport Services:
