Cannot log into Microsft update Website

's Computer Specifications

I am running 2000 pro. Lately when I try to go to the Microsoft update
website it does not load, I can only get into the Office update . I have
tried to shut down my firewall, added all sites to the Trusted Sites nothing
seems to work. Any ideas.
