cannot log on to component database

I get the above message whenever I try to run target designer. I checked the
MSDE error log and got the following was not foud:

C:\Windows Embedded Data\mantisSQLDB_Data.mdf

Why wouldnt this be in the proper directory, and how can I get it (a system
file search turned up nothing)?

So.. do you have the C:\Windows Embedded Data\mantisSQLDB_Data.mdf presented? (this is XPe database file)
Did you install the XPe Database? How did the installation go?
