It should be in c:\windows and c:\windows\system32 if it still exists on you
system. If it is there, check your PATH environment variable. You can also
check the file types list (Windows Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->File
Types) to make sure the path specified for OPENing log files is correct.
Locate LOG type and hit Advanced button; select OPEN and hit Edit button to
see path to notepad.exe (should be ...\system32\notepad.exe).
