cannot load specific page on this computer-can load on other one

Running Windows XP on both computers, both with broadband connections. I have
cleared all temporary info like cache, history, and cookies to rectify. The
page times out on one computer, but totally loads on another. I have also
checked to make sure the site is not blocked.
