Hi Terrence
First, try running Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy switch. Start > Run >
"Outlook /cleanfreebusy" (without the quotes) should do it, but if not, look
in Outlook Help for "command line switches" for full instructions.
If that doesn't fix it, you could try running in Online mode to see if the
problem still occurs. If it goes away, try recreating your .OST file.
If the problem still occurs in Online mode, get your Exchange administrator
to check you have the necessary permissions to the free/busy folder on the
server, and/or hard-deleting your free/busy message from the free/busy public
folder. (They should know what/where that is.)
