Hello.
On my computer at work running XP Pro, any images I put
in My Pictures or click "set as background" stays in the
background file of the display properties window-desktop
tab. On my Gateway at home, running XP Home, after Gateway
reloaded my OS (3rd time after replacing the HD and the
RAM)I can no longer do this. It worked before Gateway
screwed with it. Any suggestions or help? I can only
import one image at a time, other than the images that
come loaded in the file from Microsoft. On my computer at
work I have literally dozens of images which remain until
I remove them. In the desktop tab, I click "browse" to
access My Pictures, but nothing sticks. I can load up
images into the background file, but when I close the
Properties box and right click the desktop to bring it
back, only the image on the preview screen remains-
everything else is gone (except for the items MS
installed). Any ideas or helpful thoughts?
Thanks, everyone, for your help.
