cannot load desktop due to error message 0xc0000005

boot load will not complete as above error message appears twice and requests
you to direct the application to terminate.ignoring the message gets the same
result..no desktop.
have tried running sp3 again but it did not help.
whats next????(apart from throwing it out of the window)
