Cannot link to videos.

Am running XP and when I try to link on a video (e.g. on FOX News site),
nothing happens. I've downloaded the latest Java Runtime and tweaked my
Internet Options to death. That includes both Advanced and Security tabs.
Have disabled my pop-up and firewall software, but no dice.

Any suggestions?
