Found new Hardware Wizard
There was a problem installing this hardware:

HP deskjet 3820 series

An error occured during the installation of the device
Access is denied

Finally, I think I found the solution. I'll know in a few
hours.

Go to
www.hp.com

Go to "Search" at the bottom of the page

do a search for "hp6110 installation"

Read the 10th article.

I hope this works!!!!!
