I cannot install the voice recognition feature

I want to install the voice recognition feature however
it has not been possible to locate it in my office xp cd
or through the "add or remove programs" procedure. I
followed the instructions included in the Office XP cd
but i still can't find the "voice recognition" option so
i can install it. I'd be grateful if you could help me
out.
