Cannot install SUS on 2000 Advanced Server

I've installed MS SQL 2000 with Service Pack 3, but when I try to run the SUS
setup file (WSUSSetup.exe) I get an error message that says "Microsoft Server
Update Service requires a version of SQL Server no earlier than SQL Server
2000 Service Pack 3".

Have I possibly incorrectly installed SQL and/or SQL Service Pack 3?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
