can anyone help?
i've been trying to install windows service pack 2 to my home computer but
it keeps coming up with an error message saying that the program it needs to
install sp2 is in use by another application. however every window is closed
and nothing is open so i dont understand why it wont install.
please help.

where to view the installation logs. Use those to find out why SP2 is
not installing.
