I have a microsoft windows XP home edition - version 2002 - service pack 2
I have NOT been able to install a virus program, my printer, java, ect.,
Everytime I try to install something I receive this message - The windows
installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running
windows in safe mode or if the windows installer is not correctly installed.
I don't believe that I am running in safe mode.
I am at my wits end and not very computer smart - so if someone could be of
help I would be forever grateful.
