I read the answer of "http://support.microsoft.com/kb/886549". On my computer
is Windows XP Pro installed, with servicepack 3.

In the table of
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders" is on my computer the folder "Recent REG_EXPAND_SZ
%USERPROFILE%\Recent" complete missing!

Is that a problem? And how do I re-introduce that file?

Please help me.

Hello Wynand:

That entry is also missing in my XP Pro SP3 system. I have all the
other entries in the list. A lot has happened since that KB article was
authored. Someone at Microsoft should have made a revision. Forget
about it.

Regards,

Pete

Compared to SPYWAREfighter, you would do much better by using MBAM
and/or SAS.
