Error Message when attempting to install a Network
Printer: Operation Could Not Be Completed. MS Knowledge
Base did NOT have a solution. Argh! Help!

Not enough information provided....

Is the printer physically attached to another PC or to a print server? If
to a PC, what O/S is that other PC running? Is the User trying to installed
the printer a User with Admin Rights (or an Administrator)? Is the network
correctly configured?
