It is the responsibility of the video card drivers to detect and install the
proper monitor identification file.
Go the the monitor manufacturer and download the proper INF for your
monitor. But be warned, if your video card isn't recognizing the monitor, it
will change back to Standard VGA Monitor everytime you update the video card
drivers. (Unless, of course, they haven't be updated in the first place.)
Remember that the drivers that come with your devices are almost never the
latest drivers out there.
