I cannot Install JVM at all!!! I need it seriously...

I tried to Install X3D Edirtor and I download its version with JVM. but
the software installed incomplete and its JVM didn't install at all.
I've tried other options and many ways to install Java Virtual Machin
and Java plugings on my system(Windows XP Professional 2002,SP2) but it
doesn't work at all!!(it doesn't download either!)
Please guide me in this field,
