I am having trouble downloading/installing everything!I cannot install any
games, although the main problem is I cant download AVG virus protection
after my free trial ended.I know a virus was locked in the virus vault, which
is now worrying me.Im currently running my defragmenter which cannot complete
the task and says my F://? maybe corrupted.I dont know what to do now?Please
can someone give me some advice as I am really worried, especially as my
laptop is pretty new.

If your laptop is within the warrant period, you would want to check the
Laptop with the supplier for Harddisk defects.
You could also try running this command from the command prompt:
chkdsk F: /F

If you have virus and want to check your system for viruses you can scan
your system being online on the internet. Please go to the web link below
and scan for viruses in your system.
