Dear Mdm/Sir,

Everytime I try to input chinese word at the atice windows, the chinese
input function cannot show the chinese word ? after I type in piyin the is no
chinese word show out.

Please help !

I am running Windows xp with service pack 3 and Internet Explorer version 8.

Repost with necessary information:
1. Language of installation of WinXP (English or Chinese),
keyboard etc.
2. Application or function (e.g. File Find) you are using?
If an app (e.g. MS Word) how is its language configured?

Keyboard also US english
Internet explorer 8, try to type in word for google search and MS Word 2003
for text input.
