Don't import - publish. Open your live web site in FrontPage and publish it
to a location on your PC's hard drive.

just do it this way:
in FrontPage, hit file/ open web, type in the http:// address of your web,
then when your online web is open hit file/ publish and publish it down to
your local server or drive.

this is a sure way to "get it all".

Do not use import!

Launch FP, then File Menu | Open Web and enter http://www.yourdomainname.com, then your login info,
click Ok, then click open, the File Menu | Publish web and enter the path to a location on your HD.

A little additional information to add to the other replies:

The import function only imports what is seen by a browser, so shared
borders, include files, navigation structure, themes, asp pages, databases,
etc. are not imported.
