I recently had to recover my Gateway Vista laptop due to problems. I backed
up my documents and email. Everything is working fine with the exception of
importing my Message Store. When I try to import the store the application
cannot find the file. When I view the Store's properties it shows that the
files are there. The files that are backed up are edb00526, WindowsMail.pat
and Messagestore.

Thanks

Those are only a fraction of the files needed for a backup.
Basically you need everything under
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail
