I have a user that has a Gateway E-4650 PC and I cannot
get any of the wav files to play. She is able to play
music CD's. Gateway had me reinstall the audio drives and
uninstall the Audio Codex and reinstall but it still did
not work. They suggested I get the latest Windows Service
Pack and install and I did but still no wav sounds. The
last suggestion was to use the restoration CD. I was
wondering if there was any other suggestions. She wanted
the sound for Outlook to notify her when she receives a
new e-mail message.
