Cannot get SPAD to save settings

's Computer Specifications

Can anyone help with this? I'm trying to do a custom setting, using firefox
as my default browser, but when I close out of SPAD, it doesn't save those
settings.

's Computer Specifications

SPAD is Set Program Access and Defaults. Sorry, I should have posted the
whole thing in the subject line to begin with.
