I have two instances of Vista listed in my boot sequence even though I dont
have vista installed anymore. This is what I have listed on boot

1. Vista >>>>>>>> this is a failed install and boots to a fault page, I want
to get rid of it
2. Vista>>>>>>>>> again a faulty install, I want to get rid of this too
3. xp pro (tuneup utilities backup
4. xp pro <<<<<<<<< I want to keep this version

Please help me to get rid of the vista entries

Start > Run > Type msconfig
Go to Boot.ini tab and click "Check all boot paths" and follow instructions

Use Start - Run - MSCONFIG and go to the BOOT.INI tab.
Click on the "Check all boot paths" button.

If that does not resolve the issue post a reply back here and we will
proceed to the next step.

Good luck
