Just got a new PC with Vista Business 64. Transferred Office 2007 to it. I
used to be able to paste a web link into an email, hit the return key, and it
would become a hyperlink. Now, it just stays text. I am using HTML
formatting. What's wrong here??

Have you tried just hitting the space bar? What is the message format you
are using?

As I said in my message, using HTML format. This worked fine in Windows
XP...space bar has the same result.

Sorry, missed the reference to HTML.

What happens if you open the sent message and try to use the URL?

I haven't nor won't send a message like that - I use the insert hyperlink
tool. Folks, what I am looking for is a simple "you need to set this
option..." kind of response. I have double and triple checked all of my
Outlook settings, options, advanced options, etc., and bounced them against
my settings one for one on the XP machine - all identical. Why is Outlook
doing this now that it's on a 64 bit Vista machine??
