" it is caught in a cycle of wanting info that is not available." This
tells us nothing. Please be specific and tell us what error messages happen
and the EXACT text.

How to ask a question:
http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375
After furious head scratching, AR asked:
| Have brand new computer, OS Windows 7, new package of MS Enterprise.
| All programs registered. Outlook will not open - it is caught in a
| cycle of wanting info that is not available.
| I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've tried all of the "obvious" but
| with a new pc and system, am trying to learn my way around and am
| getting really frustrated.
| Having read some of the other probs/solutions, would this work:
| install Outlook 2003, run and accept any updates. Then upgrade to
| Outlook 2007?
|
| If there is an easy (ier) way, please let me know. But please explain
| in detail where to look - I'm really having trouble finding my way
| around this new system... I'm guessing it is Windows 7 that is so
| different (vs XP.)
| As a note, I've spent the past week accepting upgrades to all the
| software from MS - for the entire MS Enterprise package and the
| Windows 7. It was just today - this morning - I tried to open Outlook.
| Thanksk
