Cannot get my outllook to work with my Embarq email account

I cannot get outllook set-up to receive my email from Embarq.

Their website will have all the information you require about setting up your
account. If you can't find it, call them. They'll give you the name of the
incoming and outgoing mail servers to enter. You'll also have to enter your
username & password.
