I cannot get attachments. They are missing

People are sending me emails with attachments but the attachments are missing.
How do I fx this.

There is no way to guess how to rectify the issue you see without further
details. Bear in mind we can't see what you do so you have to explain things
very clearly and specifically.

What version of Outlook do you use?
What type of email account? (POP3, Exchange, etc.)
Are there any error messages and/or numbers?
Did this work before?
If you're using a PST, what size is it?
Do you have antivirus configured to actively scan your incoming and outgoing
mail?
Have you checked the computers Application Event Viewer for any
Office-related errors? If there are errors, what is the EventID and source?
Have you taken any troubleshooting steps already (so you're not told to do
the same thing again)?
What is the polling frequency for email?
Are there any COMs, Add Ins, synch software (for a handheld), fax software
running?
Are there any installed desktop search tools or toolbars such as Google
Desktop Search?

Outlook Express Version 6

POP3

No.

Yes. Just stopped working a couple of days ago

Yes. Have not changed anything in it though.

Have tried but it seems limited??

Check mail every 30 minutes.

Not that I know of.

Not on the Outlook Express. Only on browser.
