cannot forward my hotmail to my outlook address.

I have some email that I want to forward to my oulook
account, but every time I send ffrom hotmail, I get a
meassgae back from postmaster@hotmail saying that the
mail has been delayed and there is no need to re-send.
the mail never actually reaches my other account. What
can I do?

Any suggestions?
