Here is the scenerio:

I send my brother an email that contains embedded pictures.
He receives and can view the pictures just fine in outlook.
He forwards that email to anyone.
Pictures aren't received by that person - no xx's where pics should be, all
that is forwarded is just the text, no pics, nada, nuttin.

Note: This problem is on HIS (sending) end - not the receiving end.

Any suggestions?

Does the message show up correctly in his Sent Items folder?

Yes, he says it shows up correctly in his sent items folder.
I am sorry, but I don't know what you mean by "type of account"

sending (him):
Outlook 2002 .2627.xxxxx

receiving (me):
Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180 (xpsp_xp2_rem.040803-2158)
Outlook 2003 11.5608.5606

Mail account type; POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, other?

Are the messages still being received in HTML format? Additionally note that
he is in some serious need of updating; apply Office 2002 Service Pack 3 +
additional patches.
