Hi all.

After I did a Clear History, Delete Cookies, Delete Files
and Delee All Offline Content, all links that must open a
new window in IE does not work. The current window just
flashes once but does not open the window.

I am not running any Pop-up stoppers and I have also set
all the settings to default to no avail.

I am running WindowsXP Proffessional with SP1

I had this problem before with IE 5.5 on a Win98 system.
Only way I solved it was to reinstall the operating system.
I really dont want to go through all that again.

Anybody have a solution for this.

Riaan.
