Cannot flag Hotmail plus messages in outlook 2003?

Follow up & organize options are greyed up. This has happened since I
subscribed to windows live hotmail plus. What is the problem?

those features may not be supported on the Live servers.

Thank you for your answer. This may very well be the case but... Why was it
working when I was subscribed to MSM PREMIUM. Isn't MSN PREMIUM a Live server
like hotmail plus? I do not understand...

Hotmail Plus and Hotmail Premium act differently by design. With Hotmail
Premium, you can use Outlook Live and make the Hotmail folders ytour
delivery location. More of Outlook's features will be available then.
