Recently this error message appears every time the computer is booted.
click OK, and so far nothing else ever happened. What's it all about
Google shows several references to this file in PCbanter, but I can'
find them. If it's a duplication, sorry, but help would be appreciated

This is not a binary shipped with Windows XP. Is there some application
